At The Gold Standard Pet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.


🐾 Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Due to food safety reasons the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at info@thegoldstandardpet.com. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return address.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and let you know the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You are responsible for any shipping costs.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened pet treats or food (for health & safety reasons)


📦 Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
